Ivy came to our rescue in rough shape. She was severely flea-infested, with raw, painful spots on her skin. Despite everything she endured, Ivy’s gentle, loving nature shines through! This resilient senior lady adores pets, cozy lap cuddles, and the simple joy of her favourite wet food, making every moment with her a true delight!
During her intake, Ivy tested positive for Feline Leukemia (FeLV+). While this diagnosis has caused her to be overlooked by some adopters, Ivy is thriving in our care and continues to show remarkable resilience. Ivy will need to be the only pet in the home, or live with another FeLV+ cat. She hasn’t been tested with children, but her sweet demeanour melts the hearts of everyone she meets!
