Meet Proto, our sweetest polydactyl gentleman with a heart as big as his paws! This tuxedo boy loves attention - whether it’s pets, cuddles, or being the recipient of loving chatter. He has a special fondness for being dressed up, and absolutely melts when you call him “Protico” in a Spanish accent. (For some reason, he’s obsessed with the Spanish accent!)
Proto is a true foodie who enjoys treats and yummy wet food, but nothing makes him happier than being doted on. He can be sensitive to loud noises, and may become tense based on the emotions of those around him. For this reason, an adult-only home with an experienced cat owner is the best fit for him. He hasn’t been tested with dogs, but he thrives alongside other cats.
Proto has had some experiences in the past that make him feel safest around women, so he does best in a female-only household.
