Rhaenyra, or as our volunteers call her, RayRay, came to us as a pregnant stray. This gorgeous calico is very gentle and can be a bit bashful at first, but with some dedicated attention, she is the sweetest girl. She took to mothering right away, and although she herself was in need of time and love, she gave her kittens everything she could right from the start. Nowadays, RayRay is still a strong, stoic, silent type. She eagerly watches and awaits her turn to be fed. She enjoys resting in a cozy spot of blankets and a soft bed. She has always been an observer and made happiest by a serving of wet food!
RayRay would love to find a home that can provide serenity and peace while she continues her journey as an indoor cat. While Rhaenyra does well with other adult cats and of course kittens, she would also be happy as a solo cat in a home that can provide her safety and warmth. She remains untested with dogs and kids, but she would likely do well with gentle children!
