Ruffles was pregnant when she was rescued from a farm where her presence was not welcome. She had six babies in our care, and fostered two additional kittens too! Now that her babies are grown and ready for their own adventures, Ruffles is ready to retire from motherhood and enjoy the relaxing life she deserves.
After raising eight kittens, Ruffles deserves a home where she can finally put her paws up, curl up in a warm blanket, enjoy some wet food, and be someone's beloved cat! She is still learning that being petted and cuddled can be enjoyable, and though she may take some time to fully warm up to attention, she is making steady progress! Ruffles will do best with someone who is patient and willing to let her come around at her own pace.
Ruffles has not been tested with children or dogs. She needs a quiet home that will allow her to open up and grow her confidence. If you can offer that to this deserving girl, please fill out an adoption application today!
