As her confidence grows, Smokey is getting more cuddly, and she’ll greet you with the cutest chirps and happy little circles when you come home. Playful at heart, Smokey adores catnip toys, and watching her spirited nature shine is truly a joy!
Smokey and her kittens were rescued from the outdoor life last summer. Now that she’s had a chance to settle into indoor living, this gentle girl loves being near her people! She’ll often wait until you’re asleep to curl up on the bed, but lately, she’s also been making brave little visits for snuggles in the daytime! Building Smokey’s trust takes some time, but a gentle approach and slow movements go a long way. Smokey especially loves lower back scratches! Smokey will thrive in a calm home without dogs or young children. She needs to be adopted into a home which has another friendly cat companion in order to feel her most secure!
